The Myths of Smokeless Cigarettes
Smokeless cigarettes are a relatively new technology, so naturally many myths have risen around them concerning cigarette safety. Fortunately, most of these myths are untrue, deeming the concerns forming around them invalid and unnecessary.
Myth #1: No one knows what is in smokeless cigarettes
This is untrue for the simple fact that there have been countless studies to identify the contents of a smokeless cigarette. Aside from nicotine, there are 20 ingredients in a smokeless cigarette, and they have all been tested and deemed safe for human consumption by the FDA.
Myth #2: Smokeless cigarettes are being sold to children
This is absolutely untrue. Like regular cigarettes, smokeless cigarettes are not sold to anyone under the age of 18, by law. ID is required to make the purchase, and customers must consent to having read the Terms and Conditions which requires the buyer to be over the age of 18. Furthermore, studies show that the average age of smokeless cigarette consumers is 44.
There are still more myths to be addressed, with smokeless cigarettes being a new development and a popular target by cigarette companies, but users can rest assured that they are using a straightforward and trustworthy product.
