My dog has anal sac adencarcinoma and given a progosis of only weeks.Although is looking quite well and active. Vets have recommended no treatment as surgery would cause nerve damage. I read this article and interested to know if this drugs is past its clinical trials and is used routinely in vets in the uk. Is this drug available in the uk vets?
